These terms apply to blankforces.com and to everything you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. If you don't, please don't order.
BLANK FORCES is based in Los Angeles, California, USA.
SAFETY AND INTENDED USE - PLEASE READ
Our carabiners are not climbing equipment. HyperLink and HyperLink Micro carabiners are accessory carabiners built for everyday carry - keys, bags, pouches, and gear. They are not rated, tested, or certified for climbing, rappelling, fall protection, rescue, hoisting, or any load-bearing use where failure could cause injury or death. They carry no kN rating and meet no climbing or life-safety standard. Never use one to support human weight.
Our cutting tools are tools. Pocket Tanto and any other cutting tool we sell are sharp and intended for utility work by adults. You must be 18 or older to buy one. Knife laws differ by state, country, and city - you are responsible for knowing and following the law where you live and where the product is shipped. We may cancel or refuse any order we believe would breach those laws, and we cannot advise you on them.
Everything we make is a tool, not a toy. Keep our products away from children, and use them for what they are designed to do.
PRODUCTS
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Titanium, brass, carbon fiber and Damascus are natural or process-finished materials, so finish, color, and pattern vary from piece to piece. This is characteristic of the materials, not a defect. Damascus and heat-colored pieces are intentionally unique and no two are alike.
Screens vary. Color on your monitor may not match the piece in your hand.
We may change, improve, or discontinue any product at any time.
ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. Until then we may decline or cancel any order, and we will refund you in full if we do.
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honor the error, even if the order was already confirmed.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address you give us.
SHIPPING, DUTIES, AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Delivery estimates are estimates. Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit time is out of our control.
International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in our prices and we cannot predict them. If a package is refused or abandoned at customs, we cannot refund the shipping cost.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
CUSTOM ENGRAVING
We laser engrave to order. Engraved products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or we made the error. Please proof your text carefully - we engrave exactly what you submit, including spelling.
OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY
We stand behind everything we make.
What it covers: defects in materials and workmanship. If something we made fails because of how it was made, we will repair it, replace it, or refund it - our choice - at no cost to you.
What it does not cover: normal wear such as finish patina, surface scratches, ink refills and other consumables; loss or theft; damage from misuse, abuse, modification, or accident; and use outside a product's intended purpose, including any load-bearing use of a carabiner.
Who it covers: you, whoever you are. This warranty follows the product, not the receipt. If you bought your BLANK FORCES tool second-hand, or it was given to you, it is still covered.
This warranty is our entire warranty obligation. To the fullest extent the law allows, it replaces all other warranties, express or implied. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law in your country that cannot legally be waived.

PRIVACY

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything on this site - product designs, photography, copy, logos, and the BLANK FORCES, HyperLink, and Pocket Tanto marks - belongs to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, scrape, mirror, republish, or use our content or imagery for any commercial purpose without our written permission. This applies to automated collection and to reproducing our storefront in whole or in part.
Buying a product does not give you any right to our designs or intellectual property.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or resell our products as if you were an authorized dealer when you are not.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury or loss arising from use of a product outside its intended purpose as described above.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. Where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law permits, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
INDEMNITY
If your misuse of a product, or your breach of these terms, causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of defending it.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer outside the United States, this does not remove protections guaranteed to you by the mandatory law of your own country.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.
